I've purchased 2 homes and sold 1 home with Petula as my realtor. She always ensured I got the best deal possible and helped significantly in prepping my home prior to listing it. She walked the home and let me know what I could do to brighten the room or make it look more welcoming to a buyer. She was always available to answer questions and stopped by upon my request to assist where needed. She advertised with an open house and had professional pictures taken which solidified my decision in using her. She went out of her way to let me know when homes came on the market I potentially would be interested in and was extremely flexible in scheduling what worked best for me. Rick was always looking out for our interests.
